Without John here this week, I am required to be the fun parent in his absence. I am happy to report that Orelia thoroughly enjoyed eating chips in the bathtub last night and we have eaten every single meal outside. The flat bottle of orange soda has been drained, and both kids end up staying up later so we can have an evening walk around the block. The Minnie Mouse shoes I let Orelia wear gave her blisters, but other than that no one has been harmed in our extra indulgences.
