The Changing of the Guard

November came to a close, and both my mom and dad headed back to Virginia.  

We were fortunate enough to have John's mom fly out almost right after they left, so we have an additional month of an extra set of hands.

Orelia is, of course, thrilled to have the rapt attention of another grandparent.

Grandma is ever so patient in reading books over and over.

She diligently waits with Orelia for the street sweepers to pass.

She will tickle Orelia's toes over and over (upon request, of course).

And Grandma even made up two new games with Orelia, which they play endlessly.  Ice Cream Shoppe and Butter Game are repeated constantly throughout the day, and all parties involved are thrilled.  We are so lucky to have Grandma here!
